EMI payments and loan repayments made through our website are generally non-refundable.
Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
- Duplicate payments due to technical errors.
- Excess payments made by mistake.
- Failed transactions where the amount is debited but not credited to the loan account.
2. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, you must:

- Provide the transaction ID, payment receipt, and proof of duplicate/excess payment.

3. Refund Timeline
- Once verified, eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method.
4. No Refund Cases
- EMI payments made on time or as per schedule are not eligible for refunds.
- Refunds will not be provided for late payments or penalties.
- Payments made incorrectly due to wrong details entered by the user will not be refunded.
