Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

EMI payments and loan repayments made through our website are generally non-refundable.

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payments due to technical errors.
  • Excess payments made by mistake.
  • Failed transactions where the amount is debited but not credited to the loan account.
2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, you must:

  • Submit a written request to our support team via email or contact form.
  • Provide the transaction ID, payment receipt, and proof of duplicate/excess payment.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction date

3. Refund Timeline
  • Once verified, eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method.
4. No Refund Cases
  • EMI payments made on time or as per schedule are not eligible for refunds.
  • Refunds will not be provided for late payments or penalties.
  • Payments made incorrectly due to wrong details entered by the user will not be refunded.
